  • About Arlington Impact Softball is a competitive, player-focused program built on elite development, strong culture, and intentional preparation for the next level. We prioritize the latest skills and drills being taught at the collegiate level by staying in close contact with college coaches and regularly seeking their input on training methods and player development. Our team is led by a non-parent, all-female coaching staff, providing objective coaching, consistent accountability, and strong role models both on and off the field.

    We place a high value on team chemistry and culture, fostering genuine connections through monthly team gatherings such as game nights, potlucks, and holiday celebrations. Off the field, players receive exclusive access to our extensive, fully customized 30+ page college recruiting guide, packed with detailed timelines, outreach strategies, and practical advice to navigate the recruiting process with confidence.

    Arlington Impact maintains an active social media presence to promote our athletes and their accomplishments, and we compete in a robust summer and fall schedule that includes both strong local competition and premier college recruiting tournaments up and down the East Coast. Our mission is to develop skilled, confident athletes who are prepared to compete, lead, and succeed at the collegiate level and beyond.
